Nannup District High School
In an increasingly technological and complex world, it is important to develop knowledge and skills to analyse and creatively respond to design and/or digital challenges. Technologies motivates young people and engages them in a range of learning experiences that are transferable to family and home, constructive leisure activities, community contribution and the world of work.
(Western Australian Curriculum)
At Nannup District High School students are exposed to as many pieces of industrial equipment as possible, trained in their safe use and are expected to be able to operate these machines safely and independently at the completion of their courses.
This process is further enhanced by the Year 10 students attending the “Try a Trades” course at Busselton Trade Training Centre.
